Mcdonald's - Brandywine

Update juli 2022 : these mcdonalds just got a new renovation. there is no longer a self-serving drinking station in the inner, but they can still drink everything they can, they just have to go to the counter. it looks great and the food is delivered to them table when they eat. clean and beautiful mcdonalds with updated decor. the service was fast. that is one of the mcdonalds where I will sit down and eat.

Management and there customer service is great. they are always so fast and always very accommodating

Talk about a rip off. Our meal should've been around 6. Not only did we get charged for that but someone else's meal that was 18!!! Tried to call so they could make it right, no answer. Calling the bank and they'll require a police report. Hope they make it right before then. Can't imagine this was the first time this happened either. It wasn't busy four cars total in drive up and zero in the dining room so that isn't an excuse. First and last time at this location.
