Dunkin' - Branford

I visit this place every morning to grab my drink before heading to work, and the morning team is consistently efficient, friendly, and helpful. They never get my order wrong, and they work incredibly quickly. This is by far the best Dunkin' I've been to! Whenever I go to another Dunkin', I often end up with the wrong order or subpar service, but I can always count on an excellent experience here. I highly recommend it!

I'm not quite sure how to spell her name, but I believe it's Siana. She was incredible and definitely deserves recognition. The customer service was top-notch! Having worked at Dunkin' in the past, I can say she went above and beyond what any corporate standard would expect. She was polite, clean, and actually treated me like a person!

I would go out of my way to visit this particular Dunkin' Donuts. The service is consistently excellent, the coffee is always spot on, and even when there’s a long line, it moves quickly.

Good experience and prices. The iced coffee I had was great. Just be advised, this Dunkin seems to be somewhat smaller than other ones I've seen, so depending on the time of day, there might not be many seats available inside.

My family and I were at the Dunkin Donuts at 112 N Main St Branford today and the Manager Hanna insinuated that we were stealing a 2 dollar orange juice that we paid for. See below order (I have the full order saved) when I called to get corporates numberto complain because publicly insinuating we would steal is wrong because she assumed we would steal probably because of our racewhich is profiling. When corrected by an employee that we indeed paid for the orange juice she didn?t apologize or say anythingto us. When called to ask for corporates number she refused to provide the number for me. Which corporate said was againstpolicy for her to refuse to provide that information. We will never be returning to this location and i highly suggest you thinktwice before going to this location.
