Hardee's - Branson West

Branson West Store uses other products such as different buns not your fresh good buns like 2 yrs. ago, your meat is all dried up and this Store uses hard bad onion rings that about 80% of them there is no onion inside the crust, just thought you needed to know you have a issue there. Branson West, MO.

The front-end workers a young girl with pony tail, and a older age lady with short,short dark hair were so polite and helpful.. But the young woman in the glasses in my picture was acting terrible and treating the other workers around her disgustingly terrible!! No body should have to be treated like that! These people were trying to help her and at one point she elbowed an older gentleman as he was walking behind her to hand her a pan and she purposely elbowed him and made him drop the pan!!! Absolutely awful! If she is in a management position she needs to be retrained on how to treat her employees before they all walk out!! Because I would have walked out if I was all of them. The food was good so that's a plus.. but that girl definitely needs some training on how to work with her staff under stressful conditions!!

Might be smart not be having a vulgar conversation with another employee while you have the headset on and listen to what the customer is asking for/ordering (the only decent employee was the guy running the window without a headset he made sure to read back my order the female that took my order tried to charge me for 2 full meals when I only ordered 2 sandwiches and a large drink she almost got me for 30 bucks. don't think so. So keep you vulgar language off the mic

Quite frankly two of the worst hamburgers ever! Ordered two of the Super Star burgers. The drive thru wait time was atrocious. Got home and wife and threw away half of our burgers. They had put so much dressing on them they were inedible. A HUGE sloppy mess. Couldn't even keep it together. The burgers were like a pile of mush. Horrible!!

Good!! Good job Hardee's in Branson West, Missouri! What was ordered was on point!! Fries were straight and HOT! The Western Burger, choice #3, was dripping with BBQ sauce! ? The onion rings that came on the burger, were not left over or even warmed over. It was tasty!! Napkins were supplied, as well as the requested honey mustard dipping sauce. ??? I still have not drank the up-charged bottle of DASANI water. I don't know that I am a fan of PURIFIED WATER, Enhanced with minerals for a pure, fresh taste Sounds fake. ?
