I ordered a double cheeseburger level there, I said twice. The owner himself took the order. You put pickles and ketchup on it. When I asked about the owner, he was too busy talking to me. The burger itself was of low quality.

I want to start with the fact that it was my first impression of the restaurant, and I was super excited to come here. We're on vacation from Texas and that was one of our first food spots when I heard everything about it grow up. We come here and the entire staff is rude, including the manager. We order our food and the lady in the tab obviously did not want to answer the simple questions we had. We get our food and my burger was cold, cheese hot HOWEVER I pulled a blue hair / string from the first I picked up. Husband's chicken pliers were cold, frits were hot HOWEVER SAME THING HAPPENED. He had halfway through the frits, but in one and pulled out a blue hair/string. At this point, I'm crazy, and I'm the one who never complains. I go to the register and ask for a refund on which the older Lord who asked the manager? So you just want a refund for the Burger and Pommes?? I'm the worst sound ever. I just said and we left.

The employees at this location are so nice and work hard. They made my frozen drink so quickly and having the ice cream in with the Root beer this way tasted Evan better than a traditional float.

Burger was disgusting with 2 quarter pieces of raw looking uncooked bacon on it. Didn't complain though. Fries and floats were good though. Won't return after seeing that bacon.

Great place in the mall. This location makes a fresh batch of Root Beer Daily. Do not find the bag in a box at most locations.
