Mcdonald's - Branson

The kids are McDonald's fans. I take them if there is a play place. The play place is the only draw for me.

The food was served promptly but was disappointingly cold, almost as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator.

Arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 pm and were asked to wait in line 2. After waiting for a while with only 3 orders being taken on lane one, we inquired about placing our order. Our server, Amber Wilson, was rude and mentioned they were experiencing some issues. Despite it being 10:35 pm and the restaurant closing at 11pm, Amber mentioned they were still trying to take our order. Two more orders were placed on lane one before we were told they were for online orders. As we waited, we observed lane 1 making custom orders and removing ingredients, causing further delays. Amber was unhelpful and argued with us, ultimately informing us that they were no longer taking any more orders. It was frustrating to wait for 45 minutes only to be treated poorly and not given the chance to correct the situation. It was clear that Amber Wilson was overwhelmed due to the busy evening, while the male staff member handling lane one seemed to be more efficient in taking and fulfilling orders.

The drink condiments area was absolutely disgusting unclean no napkins!!

I went to McDonald's at 10:45pm after finishing work. It was very busy, but a young man named Christian took my order and provided great service. He took my payment at the window and then handed me my drink at the next window. Despite being short-staffed, Christian had a positive attitude, a great smile, and provided excellent service while handling multiple tasks. I was truly impressed. The food was also excellent. Well done, Christian!
