A&W Restaurant - Brantford

The service was very disappointing and there were a lot of flies buzzing around. I waited at the counter but the staff seemed to be intentionally avoiding it. They made eye contact but didn't say anything.

A & W is pretty standard. I did learn that you can customize your burgers with whatever you want as long as they have it. Just because the board says it has onions and tomatoes doesn't mean you have to get them. Food was good. Rootbeer was awesome but the A/C was cranked up so much that it was not comfortable to eat inside.

A great breakfast, eggs any style, toast, hash brown, sausage, and bacon served on real plates. Nice to see a fast food restaurant that serves a real breakfast.

I find their always under staffed.. Came in at lunch time . One person working drive thru and one person working upfront and two in the back.. Floors were wet and slippery, they did have a wet sign up... The food is good, but the wait for fast food shouldn't be anymore then 5 minutes and that alone is too long.. We waited about 6 to 7 minutes for a hotdog kid meal and a buddy burger.
