Ben's Kitchen & Bar - Brantford

Went early with disabled child. He doesn't like crowds. They wouldn't honor their .69 wings special. Ignorant and rude. Wife and I canceled our meals but we had to order for the boy. I will never return and advise others the same.

I ordered what the menu states was a 20oz draft beer. Their pint glasses were 16 oz--not a true pint. I then ordered fettuccine bolognese. The portion was very small--small bowl--and it was cold. I had the server fix it. She knew I was unhappy--she asked. She proceeded to nothing--like I was bothering them. I will not bother them again with my business.

We were on our way to visit with our new Grandbaby, just happened to turn into the WalMart plaza just north of the city and saw this place, stopped a couple and ask about the place, they said it was great food. We visited had a wonderful breakfast, my Greek omelet was scrumptious [I love Feta cheese and there was lots of it in the omelet], hubbie had 2 eggs, toast and homefries. We might go back, but it's over 1.5 hours from home. Hubbie found it really noisy as there is not insulation on the roof to deaden the sounds within the restaurant. That was the first thing he said when we walked in. We were greeted right away and a coffee was on the table within 3 minutes. Our food was hot when it arrived at the table. They also let me cancel the homefries and they added a few slices of tomato. Thank you to the wait staff we will be back with our daughters and there families as a mid meeting point for all of us in a few months.

Been here for almost an hour now. On a time limit too. Still waiting Sucks. Really sucks. Really bad.

What I like about Ben's: You can order exactly what you want for breakfast. They have an option available to order each item individually. You can create your breakfast the way you prefer. They do have regular breakfast orders available as well. It was good.
