Gran Sasso - Brantford

I was truly impressed by this authentic Italian restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dark walls paired with natural stone and wood, along with dim lighting and an open kitchen concept, created an intimate setting. The food was delicious, especially my Gran Sasso Pizza with pancetta, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and truffle oil cream sauce. My husband enjoyed the gluten-free pasta version of their papardelle in a wild boar ragu with pecorino cheese. The service was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates real food in a lovely setting. We had a great experience and will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

Amazing, mouth watering authentic Italian food. Fresh ingredients, great portion sizes, fantastic! Friendly staff, and welcoming owners come by and chat with ease and warmth. We will be back and will be recommending this restaurant every chance we get!

Best Italian Bistro in Brantford.. Gran Sasso on Paris Road... Great food, reasonably priced and atmosphere.. Will definitely be back!!! Finally found a restaurant that makes an authentic Spaghetti Carbonara!!! Just pasta, bacon, cream sauce and loads of Parmesan Cheese... Dessert was wonderful too house made Tiramisu...
