Harvey's - Brantford

I am usually pretty impressed with this location but today not so much. Order a grilled chicken wrap with onion rings and a chocolate shake. There was literally 4 onion rings in the bag. Yes bag not box because it was upside down. The wrap was pretty much just eating a wrap with some lettuce. 1 small tomato was in there and next to no chicken. The only decent part of it was the shake. For almost 16 bucks I expect to actually taste chicken and not just bread.

I have been here at least 3 times, and have had the double original combo every time. The food has been great and the employees are very friendly!

I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap and its literally just chicken and salad dressing :

Clean and as always tasty burgers. Good customer service. Food handlers are well trained and know what they were doing. Well organized hard working staff.

Somehow I feel the way people serve you truly influences the flavour of the food. We always enjoy the experience, these particular stores. Not only because of the quality and consistency of the food that we have come to expect from a Harvey's, but, because of the staff who serve us. They are always so friendly, and we can tell that they are cohesive and content there. Happy staff, happy customers should be the motto in the restaurant business it really does affect the food.
