McDonald's - Brantford

I arrived late at night hoping to find a restaurant that was still open and serving food and drinks. Thankfully, the food was made fresh and hot, hitting the spot after a long drive home.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant when I went through the drive-thru to order a coffee and a burger. I received a very light cup of coffee with only half of it filled when I opened it. When I went inside to address this issue, the response I received from the manager (a woman) and the staff member was disrespectful and disappointing. They lacked basic customer service skills and spoke to me rudely and suspiciously. This manager definitely needs training in customer service and how to treat customers with kindness. This was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's.

It is 4am on a Sunday morning (July 16 '23). Tried to go here because it is open 24 hours. I was told the kitchen is closed so I can only order coffee, hash browns, or muffins. Ok first off: that 's not a kitchen. Second: McDonald 's is not a coffee shop. 24 hours is meaningless here. Just close and I won 't get off the highway to still be hungry

Super long wait line up at the drive-through I had 4 cars ahead of me and it took 15 min then when I got my food my sauces were missing that I paid for and ask if they were there.

Today we were told to pull up to wait at the#1 spot in the drive threw(end of the drive threw) as the food was not ready , they forgot our order no we waited 10+ mins then reversed back to the main window once there were no cars, no problem things happen , after this is what we received a burnt sandwich. Odd never got one like this before.
