Arby's - Braselton

Please bring back the chicken salad sandwich! I went there to get one, but I was told it’s already out for the season. Food: 4/5.

I haven't dined at this location before, but I'm a fan of Arby's overall. As a dasher, I notice that this spot is quite popular. Food: 5/5.

I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. One of the staff even playfully banged his head against the cooler while slapping his big blue gloves together. Still, no one said anything to me or my family. They really need to hire adults instead of kids. I won’t be returning, and if it were possible, I'd give this place -2 stars.

Connor was THE MOST OUTSTANDING and completely GENUINE and FRIENDLY person I have had for a long time in a drive through THANK YOU BRASELTON ARBY'S for hiring such quality employees!!!! Food: 5/5

The staff here really makes you not want to get your food from them. They should make it mandatory to take a shower before you show up. Young boys serving me with blue glitter nail polish doesn’t make me want to come back.
