Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The whole experience was great. I love coming to the store and looking for and buying things, even if I don't eat. But this time I was there to eat, I didn't buy anything from the store. It was a little busy when I came this day, but I sat right away. The waitress was there just in time and was fantastic waitress she was kind and did everything that makes it easy. Not even I had to look for her or try to win her for a refill. She knew her job and knew it well. This alone made the experience great. I wish I got her name, I'm sorry I didn't. The restaurant was clean everyone was nice and friendly.

Nicely surprised. Good food and good service. We met with the family for a Christmas dinner, so the long waiting period was not too big. That was the best trip to Cracker Barrel I ever had.

Staff questions, personnel questions, personnel questions. A bunch of kids run around with absolutely no adult direction! The place is evil. Heck, there is not even firewood in the fireplace! Lmao! This also applies to the Flowery Branch site. CB has a reputation to be a place to get high quality food with fast and friendly service. Both visits within a month were just terrible. I'm the most patient guy I know, and I'm writing a review here. That's Baaaaaaad. C?mon management! Hidden quality people? None of them apply?! Much more! At least you should close half of your dining room so you can use your customers properly. Wide open with it? limited? The staff is just stupid. So not? Nice.

Waiter was friendly food was good. I love her Brat-Rind dinners, which were of course last night. I then wanted turkey and gravy that they only offer Thursday nights. I'm done with the Cheeseburger. You have signs where you can pay your restaurant bill online, but if you try to do this, the app does not take the receipt code as required. App wants an 8-digit code and reception code is 5digit. Instructions recommended to use 5 digit code. Store really needs to look into this before the advertisements have a function they don't have.

The mama's pancake ? ? ? breakfast is my favorite ?. They had a few new dishes that we also ordered. Loaded casserole tater tots which my daughter enjoyed...along with the mama's pancake breakfast sampler. Our waitress was very attentive to all our needs. It was our first time visiting the Braselton location. We were on our way back to Atlanta coming from Maryland.
