Went Friday night 9/15 bartender was not the jam. Did not engaged, dropped the check off without asking if we wanted another drink or frankly saying Anything...Worst service I've had at a Longhorn
I feel like the quality of the boneless ribeye has gone down since the pandemic. You have to order the bone in to get an acceptable cut of meat. Service is always very good.
Service was excellent. My artichoke and spinach dip was amazing. However, my steak was extremely chewy.
UPDATE 9/1/2023 My husband wanted to give Longhorn’s another chance….so of course, I did, for him.Not only was the Salad still Brown, I had the same waitress as last time….CAREY!I’m very sensitive to lettuce this is not worth 3 Days of Food Poisoning.I really wished Management would speak to her about the way she talks to people. I asked about the check since I was charged twice and that’s when she started an attitude. I’m born and raised in the south I treat everyone with respect until I’m Disrespected!CAREY NEEDS TO CHECK HER TONE….SHE LOST HER TIP BECAUSE SHE COULN’T BE NICE. NOW I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!UPDATE: 3/9/2023…..I have had 3 bad experiences at this Location alone. I was sent an e card to try to give them another chance from the manager. So we went back said we’d try once more. Everything was Good until the end. Our waitress didn’t know how to use the E card then told us we needed to get a code off of it but she can’t read the code. So my husband I did it. Then when she told us the remaining amount, we paid in cash tipped her. Apparently I’m supposed to tip a $20 or something but her tone completely changed no longer nice. Plus charged again for Top Shelf Vodka!
