Went in the store on Monday ordered a 16 round cookie cake (very simple only wanted the border and the words Happy Birthday Tyler) to be picked up Friday afternoon paid cash for it. Went to pick it up it was not ready so they said it would only take them a few minutes to do it, the man brought it out to me and it had pink on it yet the cake is for a guy!

Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter online, she wanted the unicorn on the cake. I called the store to verify that they would do it correctly. ???? picked up today and absolutely not what I paid for ????

The owners and service at this place are exceptional! We rented the ice cream truck, and they arrived early to set everything up. They served us some of the best ice cream and cookies, all while wearing smiles. They were incredibly attentive and patient with all the kids. I highly recommend this experience!

I pre-ordered a cookie cake online for my child's 3rd birthday, customizing it with a request for an all-purple train in the comments. I also had the option to select the border and letter colors. The cake was ready on time and looked and tasted fantastic! It would be nice if they included a complimentary disposable cake server with these large cakes, but overall, I was very pleased with my purchase.

We had excellent customer service and the ice cream was delicious! However, we did find the price a bit steep; we spent around $22 for just three ice creams. Bringing a family of five might be a bit pricey.
