Taco Bell - Braselton

When we pulled up to the window, we asked to speak to whoever was at the drive-thru speaker, and we were met by another young employee named Falisha, who was the same woman being rude to us and refusing to take our order. This Taco Bell has had poor service for quite some time, and although I usually visit regularly, I had never encountered Falisha before. I have a video of me confronting her about her rudeness, and all she did was laugh. I don't know if she has personal issues, but someone with that kind of attitude should not be working anywhere, let alone in customer service. The service was appalling, and I will never return to this Taco Bell. If I could give them 0 stars, I would, as I have never experienced such disrespect in the fast food industry. Falisha (if that is indeed her name) should face consequences for her behavior because that kind of attitude is unacceptable. Disgraceful behavior from a disgraceful employee.

Fidelia was the person to help me out with my order. I 'm used to getting the typical I dont wanna be here workers, i don 't blame them. But Fidelia was so upbeat and she radiated postive energy and quickly got my food out! If you get lucky enough toget Fidelia it 'll be better than your typical taco bell service!

This is one of the best Taco Bells I've ever visited. The beans were fresh, the staff was friendly, and the dining area was clean.

I have only had positive experiences at this Taco Bell. They never miss anything from my order and are consistently on top of their game. The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, and the food is always delicious. I really appreciate the exceptional service—thank you all for your hard work!
