We gave them the next chance after more than 4 years... no surprise... boring food, no special kick in it, could say I ate better food at train station

Nah. Looks kinda fancy but it is not. Also, it appears they wish to run a discotheque, not a restaurant (very loud, unpleasant subwoofer behind ones seat). Their only luck is there is a shortage of restaurants in the mall/area.

No vegan options and the service barely cared about them. I definitely didn't feel welcome.

I think this restaurant deliberately doesn't share or show any daily menu options (only on one board which you can't see from the outside terrace or on your table, so you need to ask about it and the staff is always bored and moody mentioning the meals) , so people can't see the cheaper options of food. Speaking of food it's nothing special and calling it Italian as they do call themselves is a joke. There's garlic in almost every dish including pizza. Staff are very unfriendly, especially when you want to order the daily menu, avoid eye contact, don't smile and speak down to you. When you want to ask for a bill it takes a long time for them to get you the change back almost as if they count on tips. I took my clients there for a couple of lunches and starting today I'm never attending this place anymore. Avoid!

After a long time visited this part of town. This was the most expensive pizza I had in a long time. Tastes like any fastfood corner stuff. Waiting for payment for 10minutes, the place is empty. This joins my restaurant blacklist. I do not recommend this place at all.
