Subway - Brattleboro

I ordered my food thru doordash because i work 10 hr shifts. They forgot ⅔of the meat that goes on the $15+ sub i ordered. So i didnt get to eat last night and waited 20 mins for the person working today to text a manager to find out how to fix the problem. I brought the wrong sub back with receipt. And this isnt the first time they screwed up my order thru doordash. Why cant i pick the subway i want it from thru doordash

I was just there and was a bit cranky. I apologize, again. The young woman who waited on me made the best grinder I have ever had in my life. Also the young man working with her was very helpful. Thank you. Will be back

This subway is in a convenience store in a gas station. We had trouble finding places to eat and where to park in downtown, so happily found this place on the way to the highway. Service here was fine, and the sandwiches we got were both good!

The guy making the sandwiches ordered, Trevor, has awful customer service skills.I stood there for a few minutes as he swept the floor, no other customers were there, and he looked at me several times before acknowledging that I was there. It would have been nice just to get a I 'll be with you in just a minute or something along those lines. I should have just walked out and gone to the other subway in town since when I finally was given the opportunity to order, I asked for a sandwich that is on their menu and he just stood there and looked at me as if I was stupid. The sandwich is literally on the menu as a special sandwich, with all of it 's ingredients listed, not a build your own type deal and I still had to tell him how to make it. Will never go back to this location.

I walked into the restaurant and saw two boys working behind the counter. One of them was making sandwiches, but there were no customers in sight. The other boy was busy making bread. I waited for 5 minutes, but neither of them acknowledged me. It would have been nice if one of them had at least said, "I'll be with you in a moment". Instead, the boy making bread was listening to music on his earbuds and seemed disinterested. He didn't make any eye contact and even sneezed over the food. The boy making sandwiches briefly glanced at me but didn't say anything. After 5 minutes, I decided it wasn't worth staying, especially after witnessing the boy sneezing over the food. It was Thursday at 2:50 on 5/5. Employer, please check your schedule and teach these boys how to properly work.
