Brattvåg Fjordhotell - Brattvaag

Great small town hotel. Dinner menu a bit sparce. Serve was good. Worth a visit

The lobby is cozy and the restaurant is ok but the staff was not present at all. Extremly dissapointed. We had to chase the waiters if we needed something. At some point i signaled them, 2 saw us and both ignored us. I was there twice with two groups. The staff got written instructions about how many we are a week in advance and we ordered the food with 3 days in advanced and they were still many missunderstandings . When i went with the the first group the tables were not togheter as i requested and they failed to make a reservation for the tables in the lobby. The second time, The food was cold, and our empty plates and glasses were on the table all night. Nobody came to ask us if we needed something, we had to wait a very long time for everything. Eveyone was very dissapointed

Food drinks: Food was OK. Table water in bottles had some foam on top. Probably from the washing machine. Bottles should be flushed and rinsed manually after washing machine. Service: 5

A very nice hotel, a little dated but clean. It had a grest shower and a good bed. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
