Onlineshop is a disaster!!!! Employees on site advise you, who are unfortunately not implemented in the online shop. Waiting for a delivery for weeks, over 600€, does not arrive, can be cancelled as allegedly on the way. Order status: will be commissioned... Repayment only takes place if the goods are not accepted by me and the package is back to Ikea at some point. ♪
What a shot... I asked by phone if I could take a little dog in my pocket. Yes, of course, that goes, I stood there and was not allowed to enter with dog, perhaps inform staff properly so that such false statements no longer happen

I can't say anything about the furniture store right now. But Click Collect only works allegedly. Wished article is lt. Website available in BS. Click fullect is offered after takeover to the shopping cart, but then the BS is not listed in the list of possible pickup locations. Tel 061929399999 is also not helpful, you are sent back and forth between different menu items, but you never land somewhere helpful. Then try complaint, someone actually went on. The lady was competent and engaged, suspected too much urge at our Ikeafiliale as a reason for the evasive places. But do they really think I'm going to Hamburg for a BS? And according to their information, parcel deliveries from the online shop can actually take a few weeks. So our attempt now: over 1/4 year.
