We purchased Carne Asada and a roast for smoking. It was the best Carne Asada and the best roast we’ve ever had I give this place a 10. Tender meat no gristle also no fat loved the quality.

Meat is amazing!! Perfectly marbled Ribeyes/Flank Steaks and Short ribs. I drive from Coachella which is about an hour and fifteen minutes just to go and buy their quality meat!!
