Customer service is extremely poor, they tell you your order is on the way before knowing what your order actually is. They are very rude as if everyone who calls is annoying them. Made a late order of a calzone combo on a Friday night. I asked the driver specifically to call me upon arrival so I could answer the door without waking up people. This message was ignored. I rang to place an order and they hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting service, can't even make an order. If the owner or manager see this they need to sort it out. Don't offer a late night takeaway service if u can't deliver. What? I never mentioned anything about an eircode? U hung up the phone on me before I ever got a chance to get to the pointof giving u my address. So that's a terrible response from your business. It makes no sense. Service: 1

I used to enjoy mizzonis but very disappointed after this evening. Pizza would have been better if I’d baked a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Tasted like old pre-cooked dough and ingredients that were well past there best before date.
