El Pollo Loco - Brea

I gave this place some attempts, but after tonight I'm done. Drive the additional distance to Yorba Linda. In the past, the problem has ordered the curb side and have to sit around for 5 or 10 minutes before I finally have to pick up my order, but the last few times I went there is better. This time I curated it brought my food in a timely way, but had the back tied so tight, I had to cut it up with scissors when I came home, only to find out that they did not contain the dressing for my wife's salad, so I had to go all the way back to the store to get her dressing and when I told the employee that she left it out of the bag she opened the refrigerator. No, I'm sorry or oh, my God gave me nothing and went back to her business. Do not waste your time to go to this place, as your customer service is terrible!

I ordered the grand avocado shell and I asked to be added shrimp and I got dried shrimp?? Definitely won?t back to this place!

The worst thing I've ever had. Tasteless, dry, the Cole was slow old, sloppy packaging. Terrible food! No napkins or cutlery were also included. When this franchise was mexican, it was delicious. How do I know? I worked in a South Gate and ate chicken for 1 1/2 years a day. That was a good chicken! Will never buy it again.

I absolutely love their food! The birria burrito is amazing—the beef is cooked perfectly. I also enjoy their double chicken tostada bowl. Their 2- or 3-piece meal options are great as well, and the sides that come with them are always delicious. Overall, it's fantastic food at a great value!
