Contribuisci feedbackWe had a 4:30 reservation on a Wednesday. Waited 10 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes before our drinks arrived at the table. The server was less than attentive and the service was slow. Probably won't return to dine here again.
"I visit TAPs a few times a year for brunch and find it a great value. The variety of possibilities, from seafood to the carving station, is impressive and I make sure to try a bit of everything. The staff is attentive and always ensures that our mimosa glasses are full. My only complaint is that the Tri-Tip was a little dry, and I don't think the quality they normally offer. Oh, and she's a little kid's stations with corn dogs and coffins, which is usually a hit with the little ones and the boy in the heart. I didn't try the food at this station, but only because there were so many other options. I'll say I don't have enough room to try all desserts. Maybe next time!
Great service great food! My family loves to eat here for celebrations and special occasions.
As expected, TAPS quality was first rate. Our server was professional and pleasant but he was stretched as the place was full with two sizable groups in private seating. The bar had only one bartender resulting in significant delays for service. We know staffing is hard to maintain but management needs to consider backups for short staffing situations via cross training for certain crucial areas. Still, a great place and a pleasant experience.
My server and the food were fine. I was disappointed to find out, after our meal, that they could not accept gift cards. They apparently were having issues all day, it would have been much better if they would have informed me of that prior to us sitting down. We didn’t find out until we had to pay the bill. Fortunately I had a credit card to pay the bill but what if I didn’t have enough cash or a credit card to pay the bill. What would happen then after we already ate?? Disappointed that I had to use a credit card when I had a gift card and I wasn’t informed of the gift card issue until after our meal
