Briar Rose Chophouse Saloon

We had a fantastic experience once more at Briar Rose. This is our eighth year in a row dining here and we will definitely be back. We were a group of seven again and were seated at our favorite table with the perfect setting and ambiance. The service was exceptional as always and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you once again, we love this place.

My wife and I make it a point to have dinner at Briar Rose every year. The service is excellent and the food is even better. If you're in search of a nice night out with a sophisticated menu, be sure to visit Briar Rose!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is top-notch, and it is the best in Breckenridge.

The entire staff was outstanding! The food was delicious. We were treated like we were the only ones there. Will definitely be back next time we visit Breck!
