Crepes A La Cart - BRECKENRIDGE

Mandatory 18% gratuity plus 3% credit card fee (with no option for cash) and you stand up and put your order in yourself on the computer so not sure what the tip is for. Food was ok but spent almost $70 for just 3 people.

We always visit the cart or the kitchen when we are in Breck. Crepes are always delicious with a wide variety of choices so everyone in our group has a favorite (mine is the Monte Cristo). Don't like the kiosk order process with all the automatic tacked on fees/gratuity which make each crepe cost ~25% more than listed price plus tax. Oh well. We enjoy the food and the uniqueness of the cart so I am sure we will visit again.

This restaurant is the epitome of everything that is wrong with the service industry. I order on an iPad, yet there is an automatic 18% gratuity on every order. I pay with a credit card, there’s another 3% fee added. By the time I get my two $12 crepes my order has ballooned to $35. I get it’s a resort town and I get its a well known establishment, but if you’re going to charge me that much just be up front and honest about it. Ticketmaster has been more transparent with their prices than this restaurant.
