I have written RAVE reviews about this restaurant before and I hope to be able to again after our next visit. However, on this day, the service was terrible. They open at 10, we arrived about 10:45 and the closed sign was still up but they said on yeah we are open come on in! It was 20 minutes before we got our water and order taken. It was dirty in the restaurant and the bathrooms were really gross. It looked like they did not clean at all between closing and opening again. The food was different. Missing ingredients that were once part of the dish. The spring rolls were falling apart. My husband said the pho was still great but the others were definitely lacking. The main lady (kimberly) and the mom seem to be gone and it shows. I hope they can turn it around because I use to love to stop in.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu

Fresh food and friendly staff. Their chili sauce is out if this world. Highly recommend.
