Angel Cakes Tearoom - Breckland

My family and I returned to Thorpe Forest cabins to celebrate a special birthday. We decided to have breakfast at Angel Cakes Tearoom, where we had a great experience before. We were thrilled once again! This time, we were seated upstairs with plenty of space for 8 adults and two toddlers. There were even toys to keep the little ones busy. The food was outstanding and accommodations were made for those with dietary restrictions in our group. The bacon was especially delicious. The birthday celebrants were treated like royalty. We were impressed that Ellie remembered us from our previous visit. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

I can't believe I only just found this charming and welcoming tea room. The chocolate brownie was rich and loaded with chocolate chunks, and my decaffeinated coffee actually tasted like real coffee should. I haven't had coffee this delicious in years - well done!

After reading the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor, we decided to stop by Angel Cakes Tearoom following a fun time at the nearby toddler play park. And we were definitely not let down! The sausage rolls were delicious that we returned the next day to try their fried breakfast. Ellie was very welcoming and attentive, making sure our 18-month-old stayed entertained while we ate. It was the perfect dining experience!

Called in a couple of times for coffee and cakes, lovely people and great food, would love to have tried the breakfast but due to timings didn’t get the chance, will definitely be back. Great people and a super place

If you only ever have apple crumble once in your life then make sure you get it here! Great cakes and atmosphere!
