Burnt and not the order we put in also really bad attitude in the shop. Also food hygiene rating is 1 can see why

Very disappointed. We've had deliveries from Star OK Dereham numerous times since we moved to the area last summer, and the food is lovely. However, last night was the second time our order had been refused. The first time it was because they were closing in half an hour. Last night they were just too busy. We only live 4 miles outside Dereham. Thankfully another company took our order so they'll be getting our business in future if Star OK don't want it.

Tried to order and the girl on the phone was insulting and down right rude she eventually put the phone down on me got to say I have never been so insulted in all my life, I would never go back to this take away again. If I were the manager I would seriously think about who I was employing, who was it that said the customer was always right? Well not at this take away, that’s for sure. Steer clear!

After benefit of doubt and a stomach upset. I ventured back for chicken kebabs. This place was the source of my throne time. Get an Indian from Bombay around the corner instead.

The food was dripping with Greece and doner meat wasn't cooked properly! Not happy very rude and blunt customer service
