Sunflower House Takeaway - Breckland

Sunflower House in Dereham offers the best Chinese food in town. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and served hot. I have yet to find fault with this place. We have tried other Chinese takeout places in the area, but none can compare to the quality of Sunflower House.

The food was good but have had better from here. Ordered takeaway over the phone ..was told of the time would be ready...arrived to collect and still not ready...waited for another 20 minutes. If you are told a time the expectation is to collect at the time or maybe wait a few minutes not 20.

Always good food, friendly service and decent sized portions. Don't take the negative reviews or this one too seriously, it's a decent take away if your looking for good Chinese food.

I placed an order at 18:20 and was initially told it would be an hour and a half wait. After calling back at the designated time, I was informed my order would be ready at 19:45. When I arrived at the busy takeout location, I inquired about the wait time and was reassured it would be ready by 19:45. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant and unhelpful, but another employee who was polite and accommodating took my order. I overheard them discussing my order and was disappointed by their unprofessional behavior. Despite customers waiting for hours for their food, they continued to accept more orders over the phone. The lack of organization and honesty in dealing with waiting customers was frustrating. #typical Dereham!
