I believe that sugar instead of salt was used or what was the issue, since the taste was sweet rather than salty (prosciutto e funghi). I'm sorry I can't give a better review, as staff was very kind. If I had eaten at the restaurant, I'd have discussed this with the staff. I'm sure it was an isolated case
Very friendly and professional staff food very nice. Try the avocado salat, followed by the worlds best cordon bleu and panna cotta as dessert....a dream!!
Whenever we are in Brigels it 's high on our agenda to have at least once a coffee/cake on the nice sunny terrace in the afternoon. In the evening they offer excellent game dishes and this is also a must do when we are in Brigels. The owner is a hunter and his daughter is a very talented cook.
After checking Trip Advisor reviews, I went to this pizza restaurant only to find that pizza was no longer on the menu, they only did wild expensive autumn menu, of deer, mushrooms etc not kid or wallet friendly). The staff was lovely, and offered schnizel with fries for the kids, and did bring extra fries. However i expected to spend around 20chf per pizza, not 26chf × 4) per schnizel. Yes, i could have left, like the people after us, but I had 3 hungry kids late at night on a Sunday. And the other pizzaria in town had closed at 5pm.
If you have the chance to visit, you must try the avocado salad, it has been on the menue for a decade and it is still plate-liking good. All the other items are very good, only downside of it is, you should bring your big wallet, remember it's Switzerland.
