Disappointed meal, sauerkraut not garnished just a slice of smoke, without sausage and without bacon

Nice frame. Nice staff. It's okay. Too bad it's a little long.

My companion and I even wanted to try a restaurant a little different from the inn farms that grow in the area. The welcome is pleasant (server for small care), unfortunately we were very disappointed by the dishes. The salmon tartar with Granny apple and mango could have been excellent if it was not cruelly seasoning. I had to add salt to what I never do at the usual restaurant. The salad with toast to the munster was not terrible, would have deserved a more rustic bread of better quality (half bread with basic cereals). For the dish we had taken each of the flamm's, very fade as well (watering no spice or seasoning) in sum of the bread dough with mushrooms, vegetables and onions almost raw on it... I admit I do not understand the positive comments on this place, except for the pleasant and clean modern decoration.

Venus this Sunday, September 19 in Midi, We celebrated with mustard sauce and dessert. Very good reception and very nice place. I highly recommend!
