Creno's Pizza Bremen

The Mount Vernon location has some issues with customer service and delivery skills. I haven't ordered from them in about 4 months since the last time I received cold pizza. Tonight, the driver either tossed our pizza in their truck or handled it roughly before slamming on the brakes at my house. The pizzas were all squished to one side. When I called to complain, the person on the phone seemed indifferent and unhelpful. They offered to send out a replacement pizza or take 20% off my next order, but I was not satisfied with their response. When I asked about an estimated time of arrival for the replacement pizza, they said they had to send it back out with the same driver. Instead, I decided to pick up my own replacement pizza within 20 minutes. Overall, the customer service at this location is lacking and I would not recommend dining there.

I'm here at Dresdner Creno and I must say I am disappointed with our meal. I love Creno's! Is the food still as good as it used to be?

The restaurant started off well, but the service has significantly declined and I will not be returning due to having to wait for each order.

Fortunately they came to crumble. grilled chicken sub very good.

Most horrible food I ever tasted also they have a delivery charge and expected a tip also watch what they charge you.
