Canova - Bremen

Very good kitchen. Fresh, seasonal and regional ingredients, good creations.

When we were there for the first time, we were very excited. Service, a dream and food as well. Unfortunately, our last visit was not so beautiful. Because of a big event, we were placed in a space. I personally would have appreciated if I had been informed in advance of the reservation. And probably this event was also due to the fact that we had to wait very long for our food. We were not informed about any delays on the part of the service. The food was fine until the Burger. The taste great, unfortunately the meat was very solid. When we wanted to pay separately, the service was not pleased to understand what you gave us in a comment. We will probably give the Canova a chance and hope that the visit will be as beautiful as the first time.

We went to the brunch/breakfast. The selection was plentiful, the food really top!! But unfortunately, it was very quiet, loud and restless. Tables were always crazy, people were implemented and due to the abundance, the staff could not take care of each individual. Waiting guests were placed at the counter, so you had to grab them to get to fresh plates or juice. Maybe it was an exception, but so we stressed more than we liked. Shame ..

For a lunch table, 13€ for a fish soup, even if it was very good, are too expensive. The dessert does not relativize this.

We were there at Sunday brunch. The selection was large, versatile and delicious. The service was good. What I would recommend there, however, as coffee, tea and juices are included on Sunday, instead of spending cups individually, putting cans on the tables. This allows the staff more time and also dishes. The guest is also more satisfied as he does not have long waiting times as we have on drinks. I found it very unhappy!
