Hofbräuhaus Bremen Gmbh

We went to the Branch in the Hofbräuhaus today. There were many different things to choose from which you cannot taste. The whole place doesn't make a very good impression. The reference was not really picked up by the appearance. If the apron has stains from the dirt, it makes a bad impression. The food was nothing special. Maybe it should be a little less of the offer, but better and more special. We sat outside on the chairs and it was very hard. Maybe you could put pillows on the chairs that would make sitting more comfortable. With the Hofbräuhaus in Munich you cannot stop. I don't have to go back there.

The attempt to give the Hofbräuhauses a rustic Bavarian charm has largely failed. Unfortunately, the ambience reminds us of the Oktoberfest in Cincinnati USA. Also the menu does not keep what it promises if you do not have a hendl with a crispy skin and no pork roast with a real sauce, then you should not offer it. The dumplings are safe from the pack, like the sauce. Only roast potatoes can be recommended with the best conscience. The operation is also a case for itself. It seems to be quite a lot of waiters, but a really nice Madel was still net underneath. Conclusion: Schuster stays with your bars! Better stay with brown cabbage!
