Zedern - Bremen

The touch of mints used by the Zedern snack at his Falafel Rolos makes him the best of the city for me. Good and tasty, go!

I go here quite regulary, its a small falafel shop where you can easily grab a falafel sandwhich to go. Request a vegan one to get the vegan joghurt as well. The joghurt-mint-chili in combination with the falafels is just delicious.

Just delicious!!! The cedars in the new city...

I love falafel, especially the libanese style. So I was excited to try this place. The food was good, they even had pickled turnips and vegan yogurt sauce. The falafel balls itself could have been better. They could have used more bulgur and parsley. And they were a bit stale. Other than that, the food was fine. Good to see, the place doesn't sell any meat. Updated from previous review on 2022-04-18
