Contribuisci feedbackThis very special place with all the relics of the maritime transportation in the harbour has very good food and proper portions, you are properly measured and content. Their fish facilities are high-quality and the mussel boiler that is an absolute favorite that must be tried; the staff is very pleasant and the director martin is a rock. The premises have plenty of space and are often reserved by smaller companies, however, there is always some place free.
We had visited from the south of the country and already in front a table reserved. the ambiente is made in the load very original and really great. that eats on average. the fish dishes were significantly better than the meat dishes. the salate was unfortunately drowned in vinegar and oil. the service was in order, but not especially accommodating. in order but we would return next time somewhere else
The restaurant is located in the customs port in bremerhaven. that means unfortunately that there is no connection to the local traffic and you have to drive by taxi or drive yourself. the first impression from outside is a typical harbour pub and the innnere is absolutely what you expect.Very cozy and with many maritime deco elements. eating is delicious but you cannot expect a culinary delight. the dishes are fishy (which is also quite natural when the restaurant is in the harbour) but of the quality unfortunately only home cooking. it is a unique restaurant in bremerhaven, which you just have to experience.
Seldom embarrassed me like that before friends and business partners. since I was already eating with a large group there many years ago and everything went satisfactorily, I recommended the spot imiserhafen next to a bremerhaven tour as a conclusion. all came from Hamburg.I don't want to mention that great ambiente. it is worth visiting the restorative times in the evening and after a few beer and schnapps tastes a lot. also my assessment is only to be rounded to the food we ordered and with the gast after critique.For approx. 20 people pre-ordered and the gray began. 18 people ordered red-bark with salted caffeine and souce hollandaise, 2 took the matjes with roast potatoes.The service, at the reservation nice and easy, unfortunately brought with a colleague quite lustless the ordered food.This, however, only went down completely after we saw the tellers lying in front of us.Allen fell the kinnlade and looked at us unfavorable. but certainly not from admiration. On the tellers were two pieces of fish and 3 half potato. all filets were equal. We were all immediately clear (we are all sea-town ) - it was actually simplest tk ware, and so dry cooked, as I had never personally eaten them - not even in the simplest snack (at least I knew that it was tk ware).The 3 small half carrots finished a low-quality. the thick pampy sauce hollandaise came from the tetra pack.According to the occupant of the matjes (fish dealer) apparently no real" matjes was picked up, but fish, which was treated partly with artificial ripening agents, so that he looks similar to matjes. that would then have to be called "in Dutch style.........Bratkartoffeln are not valueable, everyone else likes.The operation addressed on it, gave them that the red-bark was and it would be sorry for her. after that we didn't see her again. the waiter the complaining, was claimed in opposite proportion, which was very fresh in red. he could not explain a statement of the same size.We did not want to annoy ourselves, ordered another beer, which was very friendly, paid and went.Factory: to eat you can certainly not recommend this restaurant - if you want to eat well. even eating in a bite is more tasty. when I have tasted some commentary reading how great eating, I wonder where the foods were taken or whether the chef has been replaced.......I don't think anything is going to happen. However, perhaps this day was only an incapable auxiliary cook on the work.Fact is that the quality of the edible is cheaper. 20 people will not recommend the restaurant and have received a negative impression they will pass on. I can only recommend working on its quality or reducing the prices to niveu.
A very rustic local with the old harbour flair, we immediately felt comfortable, eating was good and typical and for every taste what was there.
