Minder Meats Inc - Bremerton

Since the pandemic, I've been getting the 80/20 ground beef from Minder. It is about the same price as a grocery store when not on sale and the taste is much richer than what you get from a store.Also do not forget about fresh seafood that is flown in and available on Saturdays with Sam.

The service is out of this world. My checker did everything in a split of a second from the time I entered to time of leave. This wonderful man brought a 10 lbs box of, what I found out at home very delicious Polish sausage, from the freezer to my car. I ordered it from Minder Meats after careful research. Additionally, there were cut up tasty samples of smoked cod and salmon. My only wish to have longer store hours on at least one day, until 6:00pm. When I order next time I won't be able to get my order until a Saturday because I work when they close at 3:00 pm. And additionally, their signage could be on the street corner where to take a turn, because their shop warehouse is a tad too hidden.

This is a wonderful place to get meat. We buy our prime rib here every year for Christmas dinner. They also have premium cuts of beef and they're bacon is great.

Thought this was just a wholesale plant. Nope! Delicious meat and seafood, fresh like a butcher shop.

Additionally, I've encountered steaks that were excessively fatty, leaving me feeling a bit shortchanged on the actual meat quality. On top of that, nearly all of the packaging has had holes in it. I often leave meat out to thaw, only to find a puddle of blood in my refrigerator or on the counter about 90% of the time. I've wasted three pounds of ground beef because I didn’t realize the vacuum-sealed bags had holes. It’s incredibly frustrating—the packaging quality is subpar, and I wouldn't trust it for long-term storage in a deep freezer.
