We went to this restaurant because of the gluten-free reviews because our girl is celiac, but once we were seated they explained that they changed owners 4 months ago and no longer offer gluten-free dishes. Even so, they prepared a very tasty grilled veal entrecote (the girl doesn't want grilled fish). It is not the right place for a celiac but they treated us very well and non-celiacs also really enjoyed the fish of the day and other delicious dishes. Good place to taste local seafood directly from the island's fish market. The place isn't particularly nice but the waitress is helpful and the food quite good. The prices are average.
Nice, authentic setting, many locals having lunch and el Coral did meet the expectations. Friendly staff, great fish soup and an simple but fantastic „gallo a la plancga“, a fish you don‘t get a lot. No need to mention that some house wine goes best with it, and then a stroll back to town life is good!
