Domino's Pizza Eatons Hill - BRENDALE

Every week we order pizza for the family. I order mine with out BBQ sauce. We usually also get the order delivered. With out failure the pizzas allways turn up covered covered in BBQ sauce. This means that I rarely get to eat dinner with my family. I understand that staff get busy and make mistakes but to constantly failure to read dockets shows a failure on the behalf of the shift manager. I would recommend ordering from Albany Creek if you have the choice as they tend to make less errors. A fix for this solution would be provided the managers with a sound set standard operating procedures that involve checking the orders for accuracy before dispatching. This occurs in hospital venues and is referred to as working the pass and is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction. For reference please see picture of a pizza with no BBQ sauce

Always late and have tried calling 6 times with no answer. Probably the worst management in dominos we've come across. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
