Jack In The Box - Brenham

I just wanted to share how much I enjoy coming for my morning breakfast Jack when Angela and Chantal are working. The service is excellent, my order is always correct, and they never forget my essential hot sauce! These two are consistently friendly and welcoming. However, when there's another woman on shift, my order tends to be wrong and she often forgets the hot sauce. Angela and Chantal truly deserve a raise! If it weren't for that other woman, this would definitely be a five-star review!

The manager at this remarkable restaurant has the patience of a saint, and so does his drive-thru staff member. Not only did they handle my pickiness like true professionals, but they also remained incredibly polite and kept smiling throughout. If you find yourself in Taylor and are hungry, make sure to stop by and meet David and Micah for some genuinely friendly service and delicious food made with care!

This location has recently been completely redone—by that, I mean it was torn down and rebuilt just a month ago. We visited before the renovation and didn’t return because it was dirty. So, we decided to give it another chance. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was still lacking. It was 7:30 in the morning, so I expected it to be cleaner at that time. I could understand if it were close to lunch, but not during the morning hours. The soda machine was grimy and greasy, much like many of the tables. I’m giving it 4 stars solely because of the friendly staff; otherwise, I would have rated it 2 or 3 stars for cleanliness.
