We waited 15 minutes for a Sunday night. the employees saw us in a family of 4 with 2 small children. they have chosen their ice cream really enthusiastic with the new aromen and meereiscreme. 2 more customers went to us, guess who helped them. not us. they ignored us from no reason and began to work on the other customer orders. also the rude of the other customers, but the employees here should have been more attentive and helpful for a family that tries to buy ice cream. not against the ice, but the steadfast coworkers.

The young man that waited on me was very polite and courteous and fast. I recommend that location.

The boy employee took a long time to get my cake order from the freezer. When he finally came out, the box was smeared with frosting. The boy DROPPED my birthday cake order. He tried to deny it but the evidence was clear that he dropped the cake and it was no longer a rectangular shape. It looked AWFUL and they kept blaming me for complaining about a misshapen cake. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
