My suggestion would be that if the kitchen is going to be backed up for more than 20 minutes, they should inform walk-in customers so they can decide if they want to wait. It feels like I’ve had to reach out to corporate every time I visit any location in the past two years. The “I’m sorry” pastries they add to my account after a bad experience just aren’t enough anymore. Please, it’s time to improve. One year later, and things have only gotten worse. How can they always run out of basic items? Today, they were out of baguettes and bread bowls. It’s astonishing that a place called Bread Co can run out of bread!
