Charleys Philly Steaks - Brentwood

After our recent experiences with this restaurant, we have decided not to return. The sandwiches were extremely dry and lacked any sauce, even though we had requested extra. When we contacted the store for help, they were unresponsive. We were very disappointed.

I always order the same thing every Sunday at this restaurant. Today, my sandwich was nicely prepared and tidy. However, when I took the first bite, I noticed that they had changed something with the Buffalo sauce because it was extremely spicy, almost like the heat of the sun. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting the entire sandwich because of it.

I absolutely loved the peach lemonade at this restaurant! The sandwiches were decent, not the best I've ever had but still good. However, we were disappointed that they messed up 2 out of 3 of our fry orders. Despite this hiccup, the overall experience was pretty good.

Sandwich was yummy!

Chicken was plain, they put dressing on it.
