White Spot Central Saanich

We went to the White Spot in Saanichton on December 4th for an early dinner at 4:30 p.m with family, and it was very good. We all enjoyed our meals, and our waitress was very attentive. We decided the following week that we would go again, this time for breakfast, and this time with different family members. We went on December 11th and after we ate and said our Good-Byes to our family members in the parking lot, I said to my husband How was your breakfast? and then I proceeded to say that mine was stone cold. He replied by saying Those were by far the worst fried eggs I have ever had in my entire life. So .... unfortunately I 'm not sure we are going to be rushing back to this White Spot any time soon. Dinner was good, breakfast not so much.

Great new menu! Lots of healthier options, including vegan. One wish, please being back the South West chorizo hash. Truly too delicious to have been removed from the menu.

I took my Father-in-law here for lunch. He is wheelchair bound, so that is an additional layer of difficulty. We didn't have to wait too long to get in, but the waiting area was full and we didn't have a good spot to wait and the automatic door kept closing on us. Once we were seated in a booth, all was well and we did have a spot to store the wheelchair. The service and food was lovely, and portions large. The atmosphere, well the isles are narrow for a wheelchair but passable. They had a sign out front asking for applications to work there, so are they short handed? There were many tables not bussed, and this does impact the general feeling in the place. Despite that, the food was good and service excellent. I would go back!

I just have to say that this place for 5 stars for how they dealt with an issue. It was a small issue but required the plate be sent back. The servers and manager were EXCEPTIONAL and so nice with dealing with it and made several apologies and genuinely seemed apologetic. Really appreciate the high level of service and care the employees showed here. Food was good too. Thank you.

Friendly staff and great food. Fast service. Close to the airport and ferries and just off the highway for easy access. Right by hotels and services. Great place to grab a bite and relax on your way to or from the airport or
