Another 30 minutes went by with no sign of the food, so I called once more, and this time they said the driver was on our road. Eventually, the order arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late, and some items were missing. This service is absolutely unacceptable — I felt misled by the staff. We decided to send the order back, but they told us to keep it and that they would process a refund instead. Yet, that was another false promise, as I’m still waiting for the refund to this day. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service. I waited for 2 hours and 40 minutes for my order, and every time I called, I was told it was on its way. They blamed their delays on being busy and the rain. When my order finally arrived, it was lukewarm and missing a meal. I informed them that I would be returning it and requested a full refund. They called back and told me to keep the meal and assured me I would receive a full refund. However, that refund never came, and they still took my money. I will never use this service again, and unless you want to wait nearly three hours for a meal, I recommend avoiding them altogether.

I placed an order at 7:00 PM and was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes for delivery. By 10:50 PM, I still hadn't received my food. I called multiple times and was told each time that it was "on its way" and would arrive in 10 minutes, which clearly wasn't true. I can't comment on the quality of the food since it has yet to arrive, but I assume it won't be great considering this long wait. It's frustrating that they take orders they can't fulfill. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It’s now 10:00 PM, and still no food! Three hours—what a joke. Rating: 1 out of 5.

Took 2hrs45mins for our delivery to arrive. Ordered at 7 arrived at 9:45. The excuse of being busy isn’t good enough. If you can’t handle the number of orders then stop taking orders. If we hadn’t paid upfront we’d have cancelled the order. Avoid this takeaway unless you want your food nearly 3hrs after you ordered it. Would obviously have put 0 stars if I was able to.
