Smoke On Bbq - BREVARD

We drove 40 minutes to try this drive thru BBQ joint and we were not disappointed. The ribs were perfectly smoked, tender and fall off the bone with great flavor some of the best we have had. The pulled pork was also excellent with great smoke flavor. The brisket, we were a little disappointed with as it was a little dry but I am not going to harp on this because brisket is very hard to get right consistently. Honestly I have only have great brisket once in Asheville but the next time I went back it was dry. The fries were great as were the sauces but note that this BBQ does not need sauce great flavor on its own. The service and speed of service was great can't wait to go back and try the burnt ends and chicken.

Friendly service in a drive thru setting. And the food was outstanding! The plates come with a generous portion of meat, two sauces, vinegar slaw, and seasoned fries. Excuse me while I roll myself away from the table.

Delicious and reasonable. Drive up with fast service. The ribs were delectable. The brisket well trimmed and the pork was succulent. Highly recommended!

Wow! We stumbled upon this place by chance and were absolutely amazed by how fantastic the BBQ was. After our meal, we headed into town to do some shopping, and one of the store owners insisted that we had to go there for the BBQ! In our opinion, it's a must-visit.
