I’ve called Papa John’s in Brewton, Alabama, multiple times, and each time I’ve been put on hold for 30 to 45 minutes. When I go in to place my order, the phone is still ringing, and they never seem to answer their calls. What’s the point of having phones if they’re not going to answer? On top of that, I still have to wait another 30 minutes for my food. Shaking my head. Food: 5/5.
