Maya Riviera Bar Restaurant

This Mexican restaurant has a very nice and spacious patio in the back for chilling out. There was live music on June 15, 2024 evening. We enjoyed a couple of appetizers, a beer and cocktail. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking is easy. Photos by Maria Y.

Average at best. I've had better salsa and chips from a jar and bag. Appetizer platter was good, despite the jalapénos which also tasted like they came out of a jar. Generous portions, but the food was rather bland tasting. Service was ok, but nobody seemed happy. Nice atmosphere and bar. Might return for drinks and appetizers, but there's better Mexican joints for dinner.

Really amazing food, nice kids menu. Food was amazing. They give really good nachos and salsa. Informal but great service, incredible food and affordable. Tastes like genuine Mexican cuisine. Highly recommended! Kid-friendliness: Went with my son, had a great affordable kids menu with big delicious portions.
