Vinnies Pizzeria Family

First off let me start by saying that not only did they get the order wrong, the delivery person delivered the pizza and everything on the pizza was to one side. When we called to resolve the situation with the pizzeria the person who answered the phone decided to get mouthy about it with my wife. To make her feel like i was wrong to tell them the order was wrong. I personally called back a second time to talk with the owner about getting the order wrong. Also that my wife was basically told off by the girl answering the phone. I told him these things as he tried to rush me off the phone. He only reply to everything that was wrong I have to watch what I say you know Black Lives Matter, and all that I basically I 'm stuck with what I have because it 's a pandemic times (employee wise). What any of that has to do with a wrong order and a rude employee is beyond me. At the end of all this the food was very subpar at best look at the image for yourself. They replaced the missing sandwich. So that will definitely be our last order from this establishment.

Went to Vinnie's with my wife and a bunch of here family members and it was very good. We come here pretty often for lunch on Sundays and the food and service is always too notch. No matter what you get, you will like it. They have a large variety of pizza, wraps, subs and dinner options, and each time I try something new, it is awesome! We often have 10+ people with us and the staff is always super helpful and friendly, and knows many of the family members by name and what they like to order! Definitely would recommend, for take out or dine in.

We ordered from here tonight for our first time through DoorDash. We won't be ordering from here again. I ordered a Greek salad and they forgot the olives. My husband ordered chicken fingers and they forgot the honey mustard. The buffalo wings were extremely dry chewy, we threw them right in the garbage. Bummer. Super disappointed. We just moved here and haven't found any decent food in the area yet. Definitely not this place.....

STAY AWAY : Rip-off pricing. I sent my kid to pick up 4 pizzas and salad for 4. CHARGED HIM $95 !!!! Plus they got order wrong !!! Never go here again. Food was average at best
