Denino's South Pizzeria - BRICK

The pizza at this restaurant is very thin and crispy, which I personally enjoy. However, it is a bit on the expensive side. The service is good and the atmosphere is nice. The recommended dishes include the Fried Calamari with sauce. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking in a nearby lot. Overall, it's a good spot for lunch with prices ranging from $30 to $50 per person.

I was excited to try Denino's, a popular pizza place from Staten Island, in New Jersey. Unfortunately, the pizzas I received on Labor Day were not up to par. The top was overcooked, with a crust forming on the cheese. The bottom had an excess of semolina flour from the oven deck, which could be flaked off with your hand. It was a disappointing experience compared to the pictures from other reviewers. It seemed like they had inexperienced cooks working on the holiday.
